This hotel is a surprise package with spacious and clean rooms, great for families. The location on Corio Street is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping and the waterfront. The friendly staff and excellent service make for a pleasant stay. The apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen, making it convenient for longer stays. And the affordable prices are a bonus!

Parking could be improved, but everything else was perfect.

Room was bigger than we thought it would be. Check in was easy and location was excellent. No need for the car once we were booked in.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment hotel on Corio Street in Geelong. The value for money was excellent, with spacious rooms equipped with everything you could need for a short or long stay. The attention to detail was impressive, with helpful information provided about local shops and restaurants. The location was convenient, close to a shopping center and university. I particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals. The staff were friendly and provided great service.

Nireeda is on a great location but the apartments are quite basic/budget. Great that there are laundry facilities and wifi though. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean however. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

I don't known much about this hotel because I have very little time in staying there. I chose it because I misunderstood that this apartments is between the Avalon aiprort and melborne city.

I think who I met when I check in around 8 p.m are the owner or hotel staff is very kind and have patient to waiting for us. Another good thing is we don't have to pre paid for the room until we check in.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was spacious, tidy, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and informative, providing us with helpful tips about the area and answering all our questions. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to Deakin University, and also within walking distance to everything this city has to offer, including restaurants, cafes, and shops.

Cheap, location to Geelong city terrific, served the purpose for a night.

Didn't tell us that there was no elevator, so lots of stairs to climb, very hard with youngsters and people with legs problems.

The apartment had a great location, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. It also had free parking available nearby. The room was spacious and had comfortable beds.

The cleanliness was not up to par, with some areas of the room not properly cleaned or maintained. noise from cleaning staff early in the morning made it difficult to sleep in.

I liked the location!

I did not like the fact that the walls are extremely thin and could hear the tv from the other room early in the morning. Also, there was someone very loud in the room above me and could hear them walk all night, which also kept me up all night!

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to enjoy the city attractions. the hotel is too close to the nightclubs with patrons singing loudly outside the units. It's close to shops, the beach, and not far from the waterfront.

The facilities of the hotel are basic and leave something to be desired.
